How Leaders Can Reduce The Workplace Gender Gap

In the aftermath of the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee hearings to confirm Judge Kavanaugh, it appears that trust between genders is eroding. Democrats and Republicans have very different views of gender equality. As more women are speaking up about the #MeToo movement, more men are feeling like they are the victims of this movement, most notably portrayed in Judge Kavanaugh’s response to the accusations.

In this context, I sat down with Sally Helgesen, co-author (with Marshall Goldsmith) of How Women Rise, about what she sees as the state of trust among genders, particularly in the workplace.
