Webinar: Wireless Power Is REAL

Ossia, Inc. announced that its Founder and CTO, Hatem Zeine, will be live with Nokia’s OpEN Talks, December 13, at 4pm CET to discuss real wireless power, how it works, its use cases, and how it compares to other power delivery methods. The webinar is public and is accepting reservations.
“Real Wireless Power,” Hatem Zeine says, “is power delivered over distance without plugs, wires, or charging pads. It can power multiple devices in motion and around corners. No line of sight is required.” This is much different from most people’s understanding of wireless power being a plugged-in charger, like for an electric toothbrush or Qi-enabled smartphone, or being sent in a single, uninterrupted line through a laser beam.
What’s more, Zeine will talk about the endless opportunities for applying real wireless power within different industries, not just consumer products. Think automotive, commercial buildings, retail, industrial, smart city development, and more. Wireless power can be built into virtually any small device and activated, managed, and monitored, safely and securely, via the cloud.
