ACC Taking Part in International Education Week
|As part of International Education Week, Nov. 13-17, the Atlantic Coast Conference is partnering with Louisville Athletics, Virginia Tech Student-Athlete Development, and Walk with TFB to host the International Education Opportunities for NCAA Athletes event on Monday, Nov. 13, at 7 p.m. The event is open to all ACC student-athletes, coaches and administrators.
Led by Athlete Futures Abroad, student-athletes, coaches, and administrators will hear from founder and International Education Specialist Lucy Pandit on topics related to summer and graduate school options overseas.
“As part of International Education Week, we are proud to present this opportunity to our amazing student-athletes, coaches and administrators,” said ACC Commissioner Jim Phillips, Ph.D. “Providing our student-athletes with resources as they plan their respective futures remains of significant importance to our conference and its world-class institutions.”
This collaboration aligns with the ACC’s mission to maximize the educational and athletic opportunities that shape our leaders of tomorrow – in the classroom, in competition, and in life, as the league office continues to be in the forefront in providing services and opportunities for educational excellence and innovation in addition to athletic achievement.
