SetldPay, a comprehensive technology-first Card Scheme Program Manager founded in 2023 by David Shewmaker, Stuart Green, and Rebecca Ramaglia, operates across Europe, specialising in Open Loop and Private Label Card Programs.

It aims to streamline operations by integrating best-in-class partners through a singular technical connection and contract. SetldPay’s solutions cater to various prepaid card programs, including gift cards, fuel cards, travel & FX, B2B, and commercial cards.

SetldPay is headquartered in London and collaborates with major card schemes like Visa & Mastercard, alongside two issuers, providing a broad range of expertise in product, compliance, legals, and geography.

On the other hand, Tribe Payments offers robust issuer processing capabilities, including Tribe’s Risk Monitor and 3D Secure solutions, essential for real-time transaction assessment and fraud prevention.
